We are totally committed to the quality of the training received by the firm’s trainees, whom they regard as an investment for the future. The firm seldom takes more than two trainees each year, and the training contract usually starts in the Autumn.

The trainees are encouraged to take responsibility for matters from an early stage, and to have regular contact with clients. Their work is carefully supervised, and an “open door” policy is encouraged throughout the office.
