Andrew qualified in 2003 and joined Hunters’ Private Client department in 2009 having gained considerable experience in this area. He became a Associate of the firm in April 2010 and a Partner in 2012.
He specialises in lifetime and post-death tax and succession planning for individuals and the management of landed estates. He deals with wills and the administration of deceased’s estates, including cross-border issues. He also acts for trustees and beneficiaries on a variety of trust matters and advises on powers of attorney.
Andrew is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and the Law Society’s Private Client Section and a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
Andrew is recommended in the Person Tax, Trusts and Probate section of the Legal 500 2015.
