Having qualified as a solicitor in 1997, James became a Partner of Vernor-Miles & Noble and Head of their Property Department in 2003. He joined Hunters as a Partner following the merger of the two firms in April 2011.
James specialises in Property and Landed Estates work and also has extensive experience in acting for Charity Trustees and Commercial Property clients, for whom he advises regularly in connection with the sale, lease, purchase and development of land. He advises a number of charities on matters other than property.
James’ clients include professionals, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, property investors, agricultural land owners and landed estates, private and off-shore trustees, charities, residential property management companies, and professional practices; he is also very pleased to take regular instructions from private home buyers and sellers.
