The mediation process is tailored to suit the needs of the clients.
Most mediations will start with individual meetings between each client and the mediator and be followed by a series of joint meetings. In cases where this approach is not practical, our team can facilitate mediation without the parties meeting directly, via Skype or involving solicitors.
Whether self-referring or being referred by a solicitor to our mediation service, as a first step, clients will be asked to complete an information form.
