Lucinda advises a broad range individuals and families on how to protect and enhance their wealth and has wide experience in relation to tax and succession planning including wills, gifts and settlements.
A significant number of her clients are large family trusts and she is a trustee of many of these. She also has substantial experience in supervising probates and estate administration and advising on post death tax planning and she acts as an executor of many estates.
Lucinda is recommended in the Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate section of the Legal 500 2017 as a ‘highly knowledgeable’ lawyer who ‘balances the compassion and emotional intelligence needed for private client work with the necessary technical expertise’. Lucinda has a degree in law and qualified as a solicitor in 1984. She joined Hunters in 1992 and became a partner in 2000. She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
