Wilfrid advises a broad range of international and UK individuals, families and trusts on all aspects of capital tax planning and compliance, UK and international asset holding structures and succession planning. Wilfrid maintains an in depth understanding of the affairs of his clients so he can identify their needs, acting as a trustee of 25 to 30 international and on-shore family trust structures as well as an attorney for many of his clients. Wilfrid’s international work mainly involves the jurisdictions of the US, Channel Islands, Switzerland, Panama, British Virgin Islands, the Far East, South Africa and Mauritius.
Wilfrid has considerable experience in complex probate and estate administration work, being able to look at all aspects of the administration process and identify opportunities for estates to benefit from often complex and obscure tax saving measures. In this regard Wilfrid is regularly instructed by not only existing client families but professional referees and national charities. Wilfrid’s work also involves supervising other members of the team in relation probate work, as well as the full range of private client work.
